How long have you worked in the industry and what brought you to work at Troon?

I have been working at Vattanac Golf Resort for 5 years. I originally joined because of Vattanac Group’s very good reputation for luxury, high standards and excellent quality.

What do you love most about your job?

I really love working in Golf Operations because I enjoy sharing my knowledge with my colleagues to help keep improving our customer service.

What do you do to help share the job opportunities we have at our facilities?

I discuss with friends and family outside the company some of the skills I learn on a daily basis and like to encourage people in my community to apply if job openings become available.

Neak Oknha Sam Ang, H.E Neth Savoeun and Tiger Woods

What is one benefit about the game that helps to bring people together?

I think it’s really good for your physical and mental health, and can help reduce stress.
