Team Troon on Tour: It’s Pebble Beach Week, And Royal Greens Hosting the Saudi International

Team Troon continued their presence in the “West Coast Swing” with the next leg of the PGA TOUR at the Farmers Insurance Open in San Diego. Justin Thomas was low Team Troon member with four round total of -10, five shy of getting into the playoff with Luke List and Will Zalatoris (where List captured his first victory and an invite to Kapalua). JT was at the top of the leaderboard after opening rounds of 68-63, but the tougher South Course on the weekend played into higher scores for JT (and the rest of the stout field) resulting in a T20 finish. Gary Woodland had a solid finish as well to crack the Top 40 for a T39 finish at -6.

PGA TOUR – AT&T Pebble Beach Pro Am

The PGA TOUR moves up the “PCH” to Monterey and storied Pebble Beach Golf Links for the AT&T Pebble Beach Pro Am.  There are two Team Troon members in the field in Matt Fitzpatrick and Matt Kuchar. Go Matt and Matt!

Asian Tour – Royal Greens Golf & Country Club

Its “Royal Greens Week” on the Asian Tour with the Saudi International taking place that the Troon International locale of Royal Greens Golf & Country Club This is the first year the event is on the Asian Tour schedule. While a good number of the 120 player field will are regulars on the Asian Tour, the event features many  of the world’s best golfers including  21 of the world’s Top 50 players (including defending champion Dustin Johnson plus the likes of Xander, Bryson and more).  There are six major champions in the field including  2-time Masters winner and member of Team Troon, Bubba Watson. Go Bubba! Our Troon International team and the world of Troon will be pulling for you

Be sure to tune into tune into coverage on Golf Channel coverage as the agronomy team at Royal Greens G&CC always has the golf course in tournament condition (not only that week…but every week).
