Anticipating Al Zorah

In December, Al Zorah Golf Club in Ajman opened its doors to the golfing public. The new facility, part of the larger Al Zorah project developed by the Government of Ajman and Solidere International, is a short drive from Dubai and Abu Dhabi, and 25 minutes from Dubai International Airport. It is also within easy reach of several of Troon’s other world-class courses in the region.

The par-72 layout by Nicklaus Design is set seamlessly within the naturally preserved environment of Al Zorah’s native sandy areas, creeks, and one million square meters of mangroves. It is set to play a significant role in announcing Ajman as a force on the global golf stage; with an abundance of wildlife, 12 kilometers of waterfront, and a distinctive tidal system that sensationally alter the dynamics of the course on an hourly basis, Al Zorah is a must-visit golfing and lifestyle destination. The course will further add a sense of sophistication to the growing Al Zorah community, which already includes contemporary Golf Villas, four marinas and two beach resorts also nearing completion.
