Terms & Conditions

  1. Eligibility: The contest is open to residents of the United States who are at least 18 years of age. Employees of Troon Golf, L.L.C. and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
  2. How to Enter: Participants must follow @Troon, @GolfatKapalua and @GolfPass on Instagram pages. Each participant may only enter once.
  3. Prize: The prize will be merchandise provided by Troon Golf, L.L.C. The winner will be chosen at Troon Golf, L.L.C.’s sole discretion.
  4. Winner Selection: The winner will be chosen based at random.
  5. Notification: The winner will be notified by direct message on social media. The winner must respond within 48 hours or the prize will be forfeited, and another winner will be chosen.
  6. General Conditions: By participating in the contest, participants agree to these terms and conditions. Troon Golf, L.L.C. reserves the right to disqualify any participant who violates the terms and conditions or interferes with the administration of the contest. Troon Golf, L.L.C. is not responsible for any lost, late, or misdirected entries or technical malfunctions. The contest is subject to all applicable laws and regulations and is void where prohibited.
  7. Release and Limitations of Liability: By participating in the contest, participants agree to release and hold harmless Troon Golf, L.L.C., its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all liability, damages, or causes of action arising out of participation in the contest or receipt or use of any prize.
  8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction: The contest and these terms and conditions will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Arizona, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules. Any disputes arising out of or relating to the contest will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona.
